Well what about the people buying the gun from the person with the F.F.L. – What would I have to show them, just a simple i.d. card ?
There use to be a pawn shop that sold guns, I don’t think much was required besides a driver license, or i.d. card.
Then again, I’m not sure. Wow …
I didn’t think it was too hard to get a brand new legal gun, until I tried ordering, and on sign out they said, " They’ll ship it to someone with a F.F.L. blah blah blah !
Please help me gain a better understanding.

You gotta pass the background check.
There is no legal way around it.
Online dealers have to ship to a licensed dealer who will then do the required background check. Your local pawn shop can sell to you (after the background check) because they are not shipping it across state lines.
Well I’m not sure if this is right, but it might help. I think that if you are a seller then you probably need to have a selling license for guns. To buy one, some places sell them to someone with a drivers license and some want to be more thorough and sell them to someone with a ffl already. Online seems like it would be easier, but they are online and can be tracked so they might be more uptight about it. You might want to check out a local gun store if you don’t have a ffl, or you might just want to get one.
