I dont know if I need FFL 01, but I would like to purchase and sell over the internet and build a personal collection. Is this possible? Does a license for this exist? I would want to buy new and old guns.

Since it’s a FEDERAL license, it really doesn’t matter what Florida has to say about it. I include the link, not so much as advice, but just to give an idea what’s involved in getting an FFL.

You should try googling it!
Unless you have a physical storefront, you won’t qualify for an 01 FFL. However, if your interest is mostly older firearms, an 03 FFL (also know as a C&R, or Curio and Relic) is quite easy to obtain. Follow the link below for more information than you’d ever need.
