In the state of Texas can you get a Federal Firearms License and use your home as the business address? I keep finding contradicting statements about it. Some say its easy some say you cant. I have been searching all day trying to find an answer. From what I heard its all about zoning and I don’t know how to find the zoning laws in my area. Is it going to be easy or a real pain in the rear? lol
Thanks to all that answer.

If it is legal to run a consumer sales business out of your home, (meets zoning, parking, and other applicable laws and regulations), and you have a business license, then you can get a FFL using your home address. Of course this means that you have to also be in compliance with all laws specific to firearms sales.
Talk to your local Chamber of Commerce.
