Is there any state where you can go buy a gun(handgun,rifle,shotgun,etc..) and not have to go through any background checks, and never have it on file that you bought the firearm. I heard that you can go to gun shows in Montana, and you dont need identification or anything to buy a gun. Is that true.
I care, because once we get a democrat for president, all our guns are gone. Thats why you need to buy as many guns as you can without it being on record. Especially if obama wins, then only the black will have guns, all us law abiding white citizens will be killed. I guess I am the only one that noticed that.

IN most states you can still legally buy a firearm from an individual without there being ANY paperwork. Check your states laws on private transactions.
if you buy one illegally yes otherwise you need to have a background check i would try alaska though seeing as the feds don’t really care what you do up there
I don’t think so. The so called gun show loophole is more hype than anything. Everybody must pass a background check. That is the Federal law.
Many gun shows don’t follow the same rules as a gun shop. Better hurry because those loop holes are being closed by many states. Good luck.
States do not control those laws that is a Federal Law . Why would you care. Sounds like the law is for you
Montana has the same rules
If you are buying it from a store, then it is different from buying from a private citizen. If you buy from a private citizen, you don’t need a background check……whether it is at a gun show or not. That’s why there is only a gunshow loophole myth. The laws aren’t different for people at a gunshow or not at a gunshow.
If you buy a firearm from a licensed dealer, you’ll have to go through the background check anywhere in the US. Private sales between individuals are still legal in most states. And so far, the background check and the form you fill out when purchasing a firearm cannot be used by Uncle Sam to create a permanent registry. This law has been ignored by some neo-Nazis masquerading as Democrats in a few locales but in court has held up. That law is one of those that some worry might be on the chopping block should Obama win, so there will probably be a surge in gun sales if he is elected.
