Here is an excerpt from the Bill
Section 922 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:
`(aa) Firearm Licensing Requirement-
`(1) IN GENERAL- It shall be unlawful for any person other than a licensed importer, licensed manufacturer, licensed dealer, or licensed collector to possess a qualifying firearm on or after the applicable date, unless that person has been issued a firearm license
Who is the idiot Larry?
The bill that was introduced only has 3 exceptions to prosecution for a minor being in possession of a "qualifying" firearm.
None of the exceptions have anything to do with sport shooting or hunting.
This bill makes it a 10 year prison term if you teach your kid how to hunt or allow them to touch a firearm.

I doubt this piece of trash will pass, even though the Libertards will be ruling the hill. Jim H isn’t sick, he is just misinformed. Misinformation is the way of those in denial. You are very right to protect your rights to bear arms. The more they "control" guns the more violent crime will ensue. I live in Canada now, and we are discouraged from defending herself, even with our hands, and the most violent crimes (drive-by shootings and home invasions) have become daily news. Hold on to your rights by any and all means. One such way is to show the Jim Hs the error of their thinking instead of telling them to go away.
