I am in the hiring process at my local Sam’s Club, and everything has gone well so far. I aced all my interviews and I’m just waiting for my drug test and background checks to go through. I know background checks can be done instantaneously because an unnamed relative of mine is a licensed firearms dealer. My concern is not that because I have never done anything for which I would get in trouble. I am a little concerned about the drug test because I smoked some K2 a couple weekends ago. I have read that it does not show up on drug tests but I’m still paranoid. How long should it take to process? It has been 6 days including 2 of which on the weekend. If by some odd reason I fail it will they call me and tell me or will they just not talk to me anymore?

You shouldn’t be paranoid because it’s not going to show up on any drug test. Just make sure you use a new pipe so that there is no marijuana resin in it. I’m pretty sure they have to tell you on whether you’ve passed or failed. My friend just had to get a drug test and it took him over a week to get his results, so I’m sure you will get a call soon.

If this is corporate testing then they are required to give you a sheet that details exactly what’s being tested for beforehand, I believe that’s the law. Corporate testing as opposed to probation or something that are knight and day because generally the company wants to violate your rights as little as possible. Easy to get around even if your dirty.
No worries my man, K2 is a synthetic bud so even if it was possible for it to show up on a drug test it would only be in your system for a few days to a week max. The general consensus is that it’s not tested and I doubt that there is a test for it but if there were then it would be very expensive to conduct because since it’s currently legal there is no one that will want to pay extra for it.
Pot buds are covered in little bubbles of sticky stuff called Tetrahydrocannabinol or THC as you probably know but the thing about it is that it’s composed mostly of oil which stays your systemforever especially if you smoke frequently. It Stinks that one of the only drugs that shouldn’t even be illegal in the first place, is the one that stays in your system forever. What’s worse is that most of the hard drugs that people take recreationally or have an addiction to are flushed from their bodies in just a few days to weeks at the very most, even the very strongest prescription medication which is heavily abused are gone in less than a week almost every case.
Bottom line being that if fake ganja is illegal in your state then there is virtually zero chance that they test for it especially if it’s testing to get hired to a job. For corporate testing they probably wouldn’t even bother to test for something new like synthetic pot because it would cost them a la great deal more than any of the normal tests that they run. If by some crazy chance they do test for it I still wouldn’t worry about it because it’ll be out of your system in 2 – 4 or 5 days tops. Drink water of course but not too much cause they’ll make you come back
How is that K2 stuff? I like the real deal personally but I’m curious and now that they are going to be outlawing it I am more tempted than ever to try it.
