I would like to know that as well, and sense they are so sensitive about torture, just how will they stop rioting in the streets of America ? Shooting water hoses at people certainly is torture, it can knock you down ,break bones or drown you if you are knocked out in a gutter ! Being trampled by others is certainly to cruel, along with rubber bullets and tear gas ! These are all very painfully and potentially deadly in many cases ! So do you think that the libs are going to go out and chat with the people to stop it !
Guns will not be outlawed. The right to bear arms is part of the backbone of our country. They allow us to maintain our freedom and security even against our own government if it ever comes to that.
The changes are only to automatic weapons. The idea is to get the most lethal weapons out of the hands of the people who use them for no good. The honest gun owner doesn’t need an AK-47 to hunt or protect his home. Nobody is trying to take away your guns. They’re just trying to make sure you’ll never have to use them

The Radical Leftists will try to enforce dracionian laws that disarm the Public and put all of the power into an elite special Police force that reports only to The Presicent of the United States of America.

Even liberals like myself agree that it is critically important that Private Citizens retain their rights under the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America to own guns and use them when necessary to defend themselves against Criminals who would kill them.
Also In the States that have liberal Concealed Carry Permits, the number of Criminal Assaults and robberies is way down.
The reason is that the Criminals know that their potential victims may be armed. The Criminals do not want to take a chance of encountering an armed victim.
Under these circumstances Criminals are discouraged without a shot being fired. Merely the possibility that a victim may be armed is sufficient to deter most Criminals.
Many Radical Leftists will tell you that they are just trying to get the AK47s off the streets.
What the Radical Leftists do not tell you is that it has been a violation of Federal Law and most State Laws to own or posess a fully automatic machine gun like an AK47 for over 70 years.
Essentially the AK 47s enter this country illegally.
They are smuggled into The United States of America by the Cargo Container load from China.
Not long ago a businesman was caught smuggling Cargo Container loads of AK47s from China. These guns were for sale to criminals on the Street.
When you consider the profit that can be made and the low chance of getting caught it is easy to understand why.
Fewer than 2% of the Cargo Containers from overseas are ever opened for inspection.
Drug smelling dogs cannot sniff out AK47s in a container.
The chance of getting caught smuggling AK47s is much less than the chance of getting caught smuggling drugs, and the profits are higher.
For example the continer load of AK47s that was caught had cost the businessman less than $100,000 in China, yet he could have sold that container load of AK47s for over 5million dollars. That is a profit of over 50 times his initial investment in the load of guns.
That is why we have so many AK47s on the streets, More gun laws will have no effect on that since AK47s are already illegal, yet thousands of AK47s are smuggled into The United States of America every year for sale to Criminals because the gun smuggling business is so profitable.
Ironically gun laws that disarm the Public Make illegal guns far more valuable to criminals because the Criminals know they are dealing with a disarmed Public. That means the Criminals can rob many more people with little fear of getting shot.
The gun in the hands of the Criminal makes it possible for the Criminal to make more money robbing people. Therefore the gun is more valuable to the Criminal and the Criminal is willing to pay more for an illegal gun.
Essentially the result is that gun smuggling becomes even more profitable.

What a confusing question. Since most liberals currently only want to ban assault weapons, I guess a bunch of you yahoos can go out and blow us away with Uzis and AK47s just to prove why there should be gun control.
Liberals live in sunshine, lollypop and rainbow land. Some of them actually believe that if guns are outlawed, cops will then be able to quit carrying guns!
