What about get a concealed firearms license?
Or transport it around in a car?
Or even carry it around?
I know it’s not legal for a FFL dealer to sell you a handgun unless you are 21, but I have heard that your dad or grandpa could sell you one, or even a friend could sell you one.
I have passed a firearms safety course also.
I can’t seem to find anything on it in the RCW:

Thanks!!!

Yes you can buy one from a private party, but not a dealer. You cannot get a cpl til your 21. you can transport it as long as its in plain sight, and yes you can carry it in a holster as long as you leave the gun in sight. You have to have it seen and open, you should have no problems. I am 18 and live in wa as well. I am buying a glock 17 tommorrow!!! Try seattleguns.net great site and i have a gun for sale on there. its a eaa witness .45 acp. Check it out
