what are the states you speak of that don’t require any license. i.e. i can go in buy the guns i want and leave , a background check is ok i don’t have any record
i live in nj but i’ve come to realize how strick their gun laws are so any state in this area i.e. penn.,delaware, new york

yes, just depends on where you live.
If I sell a rifle to an out of state person, I must check the Law books ATF provides me every year to verify the firearm is legal for you to own in your home state. Your ID/DL provide residence and I ask questions.
Why not go about this the right way and not face jail time and a "Firearms Blemish" of your record.

It’s a good idea to get a bill of sale, but person-to-person sales are legal if you aren’t a felon and have never been declared legally incompetent or insane.
Although you can travel to most any state and buy a firearm – you can only purchase a firearm that is ‘legal in your state of residence’.
I live in Alaska. Anyone over 21 can buy a pistol or rifle. You fly up here, buy a few pistols and an assault rifle or two – then fly back home to California…… you can’t transport these. You get caught you are in trouble. Even if you make it home – you still can’t take them to the range, practice, or use them.
In the long run – you are much better off going through all the red tape in your home state. And if the laws are that bad – challenge them.
Don’t know about in other states but you do that all day in Tx. Just go to a gun show. Gun shows have dealers, and private sellers. The dealers require all the checking and stuff but the private sellers just give them the cash and go. Some of the private sellers may check your ID to ensure your 18 though just in case your a cop. Selling to a person underage is the only way they can get in trouble.

this is the way it works in texas. you get a background check, then walk out with your gun.

Since you live in New Jersey there is only one way to do so….MOVE to another state. ANY firearm you purchase has to be purchased and owned in accordance with New Jersey law or you are committing a felony, and if you purchase it out of state, you are committing at least two Federal felonies, and at least three if you take it back to New Jersey.
So the only way you can own a firearm without a license is to move out of New Jersey.
REMEMBER—–If New Jersey requires you to have a license to buy a firearm, and you live in New Jersey, NO MATTER where you buy the gun, you are REQUIRED to have the New Jersey license. There is NO WAY to have a firearm in new Jersey "without a license but not illegaly"
I live in Washington State and this is a blue state. You do not need a license to buy a firearm EVER. That is just WRONG and completely unconstitutional. You don’t have to be in a red state to figure that out, Generic.
