But I switched to another FFL who was mexican american and he said he can put up to 5 firearms in his 4403 form. I even asked this on the firing line forums, and they have never heard of the 7 day limit holding with the ATF or whatever. I think my ignorant white FFL guy was thinking I was going to use them to shoot up some place. He probably doesn’t know that I already graduated.

Anyway, hope this doesn’t scare anyone, and liberals that I’d like to be apologetic to, but when chaos breaks out, I want to protect myself from whites. My white FFL is okay and a bit friendly though and tries to give a good deal, but I’ve found a better deal with my mexican FFL. It’s a tad cheaper and plus my white FFL was out of town for almost a week, and I sent the money order in already expecting him to complete the FFL license transfer, so I needed someone else to do it.
Also mostly need when chaos breaks out even in CA by some white supremacists. I heard Eric Phelps claiming that the Chinese will come over and kill and rape them, and that he will take no prisoners. So I gotta watch out for psychotics like that, especially when you know what happened to indians/middle easterns after 911.
Oh yeah and for the details, I asked my mexican FFL if he had a timeframe for holding one firearm before the next arrives and he said no, which he explained that the form can hold up to 5. He is charging total or was it 40, and the other guy is charging 50$. Which is the cheapest out of all the FFLs I’ve found. The other ones who are white charge 20$ per handgun. And one time I called this Bill Manciani guy and he charged more than his old quoted price; per handgun. What a ripoff.
Mexican FFL has his own site to get rates from his wholesalers too. And he said I could’ve gotten this one item for 25$ cheapers, and said I should consider asking him next time for deals.

We have had out civil rights violated and need help. We have been good law abiding citizens and all of a sudden we criminals because we sold hunting riffles and did it the way we were told to do it. The ATF told us you can’t sell any firearm without consulting them first, which is unheard of since they sell them in the newspapers all the time and all you’re supposed to do is copy their ID. The average citizen cannot do a background check and 3 gun dealers have explained to us that it was all legal. How can we get help with this?

Here’s a link to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

Originally, the ATF was formed to combat crimes committed by smugglers of bootleg alcohol and tobacco, which were illegal in this country before the 1920′s. Firearms were to be registered by their owners. Explosives were beyond most peoples comprehension.

The current mission statement of the ATF is "The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is a principal law enforcement agency within the United States Department of Justice dedicated to preventing terrorism, reducing violent crime, and protecting our Nation. The men and women of ATF perform the dual responsibilities of enforcing Federal criminal laws and regulating the firearms and explosives industries. We are committed to working directly, and through partnerships, to investigate and reduce crime involving firearms and explosives, acts of arson, and illegal trafficking of alcohol and tobacco products."

After prohibition, the mission statement changed and has been updated to what it is currently. Alcohol and Tobacco are legal now as long as you are a licensed distributor of these products.

So somewhere along the progress of America, a unhealthy alliance was made to distribute (make available) "unhealthy products" to the American People. Who were these people and why did they want to make alcohol and tobacco so readily available. Seems like the FDA dropped the ball on this one.

North America
In Canada, a device to muffle or stop the sound of a firearm is a "prohibited device" under the Criminal Code.[14] A prohibited device is not inherently illegal in Canada but it does require an uncommon and very specific prohibited device license for its possession, use, and transport. Suppressors cannot be imported into the country.[15]
The United States taxes and strictly regulates the manufacture and sale of suppressors under the National Firearms Act. They are legal for individuals to possess and use for lawful purposes in thirty-eight of the fifty states. However, a prospective user must go through an application process administered by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), which requires a Federal tax payment of US0.00 and a thorough criminal background check. The 0.00 buys a tax stamp, which is the legal document allowing possession of a silencer. The market for used suppressors in the U.S. is consequently very poor, which has driven innovations in the field (buyers want the height of technology, because they are basically "stuck" with the purchase). Primitive suppressors are available in other countries for under US,[16] but they are usually of crude construction, using cheap materials and baffle designs that were obsolete in the United States by the 1970s. While suppressors in the US are more expensive (hundreds to thousands of dollars), they are generally built with highly advanced baffle stacks and exotic materials like Inconel and high-grade heat-treated stainless steels.[original research?] Several states and municipalities explicitly ban any civilian possession of suppressors
