If you "DO NOT" plan on opening a Gun Store, but instead wish to just sell your weapons at Gun Shows, can you obtain a Federal Firearms License Type 1?
Or does the BATFE require that you have a store front?
I’m hoping to get some very interesting answers. If I could change the course of gun control, I would:
Repeal the 1986 machine gun ban
Repeal the Gun control act of 1968
Repeal the National Firearms Act of 1934
Lower the minimum age to own a firearm to 16 (for all firearms, not just long guns)
Repeal all laws that restrict foreign imports
Repeal any and all exam requirements
Abolish the BATFE
