If I make say a "machine pistol" on my own property and for my sole use.
Would I have to register it? and would I be violating any laws as long as I only made one, for myself only, and kept it on my property for self-defense?
Info. regarding laws on this.. Such as, Federal Commerce Clause(Article I, Section 8, Clause 3), Gun Control Act of 1968, National Firearms Act, and any other relating would be appreciated

And no, I don’t imply she would have concentration camps or start a world war, but the comparisons in the way the two campaigned politically is very similar.

1) Class warfare. Pandering to one larger group of voters while blaming societal ills on a smaller "scapegoat group". To Hitler, the wealthy Jews were the scapegoat. To Hillary, wealthy hardworking Americans are the bad guys.

2) Sweeping gun control. Efforts to disarm the nation or to heavily regulate who can own firearms (which is one step away from total disarmament at government’s whim). It is no secret that Ted Kennedy modelled the Gun Control Act of 1968 after Nazi Germany’s laws in the 1930′s. And Hillary’s push for more gun control legislation continues.

3) Stereotyping/demonizing political opponents. To Hitler, it was the "vast Jewish conspiracy." To Hillary, it is the "vast right wing conspiracy." (To disagree with either person in their time resulted in being labelled a nut or being dangerous.)

I’m just wondering: What’s the difference between the Gun Control Act of 1968 and the Firearm Owners Protection Act of 1968? Are they the same law or what? Did one change or amend the other?

What laws would have to be removed so that a normal person could buy a machine gun (full auto firearm) as easily as a hunting rifle or a handgun. I already know that these laws would have to go

Firearm Owner Protection Act of 1986 (specifically the Hughes amendment)

Gun Control Act of 1968

National Firearms Act of 1934

Are there any more laws that would have to be repealed? If so, which ones?
You would have to impeach about 85% of politicians in order to have them deregulated.
A person needs access to machine guns if they ever had to fight a tyrannical regime. That’s what the 2nd amendment is for.
Missy, the 2nd amendment guarantees an individuals right to bear ARMS (noticed that the founding fathers used the term arms, which encompasses a lot more than just guns).
Missy, nobody has enough money to own nuclear bombs anyway. It would make no difference if they were legal or not.

I am a foreign national currently residing in California as non-resident alien (J-1 visa). I am interested in acquiring a handgun and a rifle for target practice. As far as I understand, the State of California does not restrict gun possession by aliens, but the Federal Gun Control Act of 1968 specifically prohibits gun possession by nonimmigrant aliens (922d5) UNLESS they have a hunting license (922y2A, part 2).

Is it correct that I shall be able to lawfully acquire California-legal firearms and ammunition after having qualified for and received my California Resident Hunting License, and that no other documents except such license and verification of legal status in the US will be needed?
