If you "DO NOT" plan on opening a Gun Store, but instead wish to just sell your weapons at Gun Shows, can you obtain a Federal Firearms License Type 1?
Or does the BATFE require that you have a store front?

I was thinking about buying guns online, but all the web sits say you have to have a Federal Firearms license. I don’t want to start a gun store but I still want to order guns online.Can I do that?
I want to buy a rifle for my dad perhaps online but I have to do it threw a local gun store and all this crazy paper work nonsense and I was wondering if my pistol permit counts as an FFL License.
