i live in new york city and im 21y/o i already have my 8hr and 16hr certificate and license in security, my question is where would i have to go in new york to apply for the firearm license because im trying to move up in my career and try to get a job with the armor trucks (thank you for ya time)

I currently have my Guard Card in the state of California but since i was younger my father put me on ssi and said i was mentally disabled I am slow but I can still function and maintain I am also able to keep a job. I have been working for 1 year at my job my father said if i apply for a firearm i wont be able to receive it but I dont have a felony on my record I have a good clean record so will i qualify?

I am a supervisor at my workplace, and one employee in particular (not under my supervision), is absolutely out of control. He acts like a misbehaving little boy – always seeking attention. He assumes that when his behavior upsets anyone it is because "they are in a bad mood," although he can’t figure out why his behavior would put anyone in a bad mood. I have spoken with his immediate supervisors (who really rank above me in the small business I work in, although the employee in question is below me in rank). Nothing is being done.
For example, this morning when I arrived he had a BB gun and made a point of targeting me with it.
Please, no suggestions that I bend him over my knee and spank him like the little boy he is, or that I put him in a corner. He would probably see these as some kind of sexual game to be enjoyed.
I love my job (other than this employee), and am at wit’s end about what to do!
People on the FBI’S watch list made 1119 purchases of guns, ammo, or explosives from licensed dealers over the last six years is this another example of a bloated bureaucracy failing at their job.~
I am 15. I believe in a constitutional right to bear arms. I do not need a gun, but I believe that if Clinton (and perhaps Obama) is elected, then some sort of gun control act will be put into action. I would much rather sell the firearm in a couple years, then want to have one, and not be able to buy it.
This summer I will be taking firearm safety classes, and will get a job to save 00 by the end of the year for the purchase of the rifle. (Possibly an AR-15)
My question is, is it legal for a minor to posses an otherwise legal firearm in the state of Texas? My parents would buy it, the question is if I can own it. Would it be better to keep the rifle in storage until I turn 18?

Why do I want a firearm? I don’t really want one NOW, but there is a very large chance that there will be increased gun control, and I, as a law abiding US citizen, will not be able to purchase one in the future.
I personally do not subscribe the whole "Lets make MORE laws because the criminals obviously will follow those, because, you know, it’s the law.
