But I switched to another FFL who was mexican american and he said he can put up to 5 firearms in his 4403 form. I even asked this on the firing line forums, and they have never heard of the 7 day limit holding with the ATF or whatever. I think my ignorant white FFL guy was thinking I was going to use them to shoot up some place. He probably doesn’t know that I already graduated.

Anyway, hope this doesn’t scare anyone, and liberals that I’d like to be apologetic to, but when chaos breaks out, I want to protect myself from whites. My white FFL is okay and a bit friendly though and tries to give a good deal, but I’ve found a better deal with my mexican FFL. It’s a tad cheaper and plus my white FFL was out of town for almost a week, and I sent the money order in already expecting him to complete the FFL license transfer, so I needed someone else to do it.
Also mostly need when chaos breaks out even in CA by some white supremacists. I heard Eric Phelps claiming that the Chinese will come over and kill and rape them, and that he will take no prisoners. So I gotta watch out for psychotics like that, especially when you know what happened to indians/middle easterns after 911.
Oh yeah and for the details, I asked my mexican FFL if he had a timeframe for holding one firearm before the next arrives and he said no, which he explained that the form can hold up to 5. He is charging total or was it 40, and the other guy is charging 50$. Which is the cheapest out of all the FFLs I’ve found. The other ones who are white charge 20$ per handgun. And one time I called this Bill Manciani guy and he charged more than his old quoted price; per handgun. What a ripoff.
Mexican FFL has his own site to get rates from his wholesalers too. And he said I could’ve gotten this one item for 25$ cheapers, and said I should consider asking him next time for deals.

Liberals generally hate the military institution because they assume it’s conservative. Mostly its conservatives that assume the military to be conservative.
Here’s the reality: There is almost no religious freedom. All churches are non denominational, religious symbols must not be visible on your uniform. Gun control, No soldier can carry a gun on or off duty except when issued one, and the same with ammo. Going to strip clubs and prostitutes is a common pastime even among married soldiers. There is no capitalism among soldiers. All soldiers are trained to think and act the same way.
I knew plenty of liberals in the army, but mostly nobody talked politics. I had the impression that the troops didn’t have a clue about political issues anyway.
I dont know why some feel they have to justify the rules. The point of my question was not to critize the rules, its about political perceptions of the military.

I asked this same question previously, however I didn’t really get any responses from any liberals, or too many responses for that matter… so I’m asking it again:

_________

The tenth amendment to the United States Constitution reads…

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
So how is it that our senators and congressmen can vote yay on bills such as the infamous "bailout" and not be prosecuted for failing to uphold our constitution? How is it that our federal government is regulating education, the economy, peoples lives, etcetera? How is it that the federal government has the authority to create government programs? How is it that our federal government is doing any of this and not being prosecuted for failing to uphold our constitution, specifically the tenth amendment to our constitution?

In short, why is the tenth amendment not being followed, and why is our federal government not being prosecuted for failing to uphold our constitution – specifically this amendment? Why is it that there isn’t even any debate on the tenth amendment in Congress or the Senate whenever a bill is being voted on which infringes in the tenth amendment, or any other amendment for that regard? I would really like an un-biased response, if possible, please. This question is not meant to be hateful – it’s a genuine question…

Furthermore, the second amendment to the United States Constitution reads…
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
How is it that there are bans on certain guns, restrictions on how many you can purchase in a certain amount of time, gun licenses required to own a firearm, background checks, restrictions on carrying firearms in public, restrictions on how you can keep firearms in your household, restrictions on whether firearms have safety guards or not, etcetera? Isn’t all of this unconstitutional? And if so, how is it that our supreme court does not do anything about this when making rulings on second amendment cases?
Again, I comprehend the tenth amendment just fine… There is nothing in the constitution which states that the federal government has a right to regulate education, public roadways, etcetera. That means these privileges are left up to the state, are they not? I’m really not surprised that I’m being attacked… I asked for intelligent responses and I’m being attacked for… asking a question about our nations constitution?

And as for the second amendment – yes, I understand that there are different arguments, but… hasn’t the supreme court defined what the second amendment means? So… wouldn’t laws which restrict gun ownership in any way be an "infringement?"
Either way, just… obviously the government infringes on the constitution to an extent – that much I’m sure everyone can agree with… so how is it that they are not being prosecuted for not following it word for word?

I just received an email saying they are trying to hide gun control in an IRS revision. I understand they are trying to charge everyone per gun on your income tax. Charge you a tax for selling a gun. Fine you for not reporting ownership of a gun, with jail time. Gives the government the right to come into your house and inspect your gun collection.
I really can’t see how this could have gotten past the NRA and other sportsmen associations.
Especially after the supreme court decision last year affirming the second amendment. But then again, many cities and states are still illegalling restricting gun ownership by lawful people.
Thanks truth seeker, I was simply trying to find an answer to a question. You liberals need to get a life. It is not necessary to attack, instead of simply replying intelligently.
I simply asked a question concerning the status of an actual bill and get attacked by liberals calling me names. Does that make any sense? I simply posted the facts in the bill .

Despite the fact that concealed carry laws have lowered violent crimes in every state they have been enacted in and hundreds of thousands of Americans use their guns to stop crimes every year Liberals want to take them away, WHY??

"The U.S. Supreme Court says Americans have an individual right to keep and bear arms. The EPA says the bullets for those guns may be banned as an environmental hazard."

"The Environmental Protection Agency of Lisa Jackson is seriously considering a petition by the Center for Biological Diversity, a leading anti-hunting group, to ban all traditional lead ammunition under the Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) of 1976."

"If the EPA approves the petition, the result will be a ban on all ammunition containing lead-core components. Bullets made of material other than lead are often considered armor-piercing by law and are banned. So this amounts to gun control by stealth."

"There is no scientific basis for restricting lead ammunition on the basis of protecting the health of humans or wildlife."
