I bought a gun from a federally licensed firearms dealer back in Feb. I gave him the money and he wrote me up a receipt that he wrote "not received " on. Well, here it is July and now he won’t return my calls or anything. Is there a way I can report this?

Help me understand the Gun show loophole. From what I understand, an individual can sell their weapons at a gunshow without running a backround check. Does this also mean they can sell their weapon without needing to go through a person/business with a Federal Firearms License to complete the transfer?

In other words, can I sell a Glock Pistol to somebody who says, "Hey, I’ll give you 0 bucks for that Glock", and just take the money, give them the gun and call it a day? No paper work, no checks, no license, no nothing? Is that the Gun Show Loophole?

Can anyone get an FFL? Or do you have to own a gun store or something? If so how would you go about doing it?
Is there any benefit to have an FFL or the Collectors license? like can you get cheaper prices or anything?
Yea basically I’m just trying to figure out a way to purchase guns online without the need of transferring the gun to an FFL dealer because I’m tying to save money and avoid the hassle of going through extra steps

I’ve been thinking about getting a FFL to save and maybe make a little money. I’m wanting to be able to buy firearms & ammo at a dealer price for resale. I also want to be able to do transfers. Can someone tell me what kind of license I need.
