1) there are gun control laws in place. 2)not everyone that owns a firearm is a nut job looking to gun down people. 3) in order for a person to own a sellect fire weapon (automatic) you must get a Federal Firearms License (FFL) and not all states allow that 4) criminals normally don’t go to the store and buy them (they steal them) 5) Charlton Heston is not the president of the NRA, John C.
