Does a C&R FFL allow a person to have any semi-auto rifle or handgun shipped to their house?

I’m curious as to whether or not a C&R FFL will allow me to have an AK47 shipped to my house or if the C&R FFL will only allow relic and "historic" firearms to be shipped? If it turns out that a C&R FFL would not permit an AK47 being shipped, is there another type of FFL I can obtain that would allow an AK47 and how much would it cost to obtain this license?

What are the laws regarding carrying an antique firearm on your person?

I live in Texas, which is regarded as one of the more lenient states in respect to acquisition of firearms. I’ve been told by dubious sources that carrying a firearm classified as a curio or relic on your person is legal even without a concealed-carry license. Could someone clear this up for me?
