I recently got my class A LTC (no restrictions) in MA and the issuing officer was very limited on information he felt like giving me, (and its a pain in the ass to contact the guy which is why I’m askin this on Yahoo now)
I’ve been going through the paper work and maybe its right in front of me but my questions are…
1. Can I carry a concealed weapon?
2. Can I accompany a non-licensed person? (aka if I go to the range or something, allow someone whos not licensed to operate one of my firearms) It seems as though thats how it’s worded I’m just double checking.
3. What else can I possibly do that I’m not thinkin of? Other than basicallly purchase any and all large cap weapons other then a machine gun. oh and can I legally transport a weapon through RI or ME because I go to both often and would like to go hunting in ME and there are a few good ranges in RI. (as long as their locked up and ammo seperated)
MA is extremely strict on its licensing polocies.. the LTC stand for licence to carry, the class A is for high cap firearms

Like rights and such. I type in "gun laws" in the yahoo search engine, but it denies me access to see the results. I suppose this computer blocks the word "gun." But what is permitted and what is prohibited? And to what extent are guns allowed? How do you get arrested for having guns illegally? Info like that would be GREAT.
Okay, how about I ask: what are the gun laws in Virginia?

After all didn’t Guiliani support the Patriot Act and hand gun control while Mayor of NYC? Those are two prime examples of the government "controlling your life."

What is his position on the seatbelt and helmet laws?

Does he intend to get rid of that nanny government legislation if he is elected President?

He opposes raising taxes, but has no problem raising "fees." Some high lights or low lights depending on who you ask include or would have included…
Also under Romney’s plan, the state Department of Mental Retardation would have charged a fee of 0 to determine a client’s eligibility and the Department of Public Health would have charged for initial tuberculosis tests. Another 0 fee would have been assessed for those who tested positive. Those proposals were ultimately rejected.
Prisoners also would have paid more. Romney’s plan would have hiked the cost of a phone call from behind bars to from 86 cents. The price is still 86 cents.
Under Romney’s plan for Massachusetts, the cost of registering firearms would have jumped from to . He also called for increases in the cost of firearm identification cards, application fees for a license to carry firearms, and gun dealer fees.
In all, then-Gov. Romney proposed creating 33 new fees and increasing 57 others — enough, he said, to pull in an extra million for the cash-strapped state.

"It’s a shell game," said Julian Zelizer, professor of history and public affairs at Princeton University. "He can still say he didn’t raise taxes, but fees are taxes by another name. It’s a trick."
