What are the gun laws regarding possessing/buying a handgun in the state of Kansas? (I.E. age to buy/age to posses)

If you are under the age of 18, you may not purchase a handgun, nor may you possess a handgun. If you are over 18, all bets are off. Other than a conceal and carry permit, you can basically do whatever you like.
