Could i get a Federal firearms license for the sole purpose of purchasing firearms for myself?
I am in pennsylvania and want to be able to purchase handguns off of the internet

In what state? An FFL is mainly used to purchase specific types of weapons (i.e. a collector that wants to add a functional Thompson machine gun to his gun collection) & the license fees are very expensive.
You do not need an FFL to purchase firearms for yourself. Purchasing for yourself is not a business.
