I say its time for me to move to montana. The federal won’t get my guns. All state governments should take a stand.
Good! They need to be arrested and sent to North Korea, Cuba, etc.
GO MONTANA. LOOK OUT FOR ANOTHER RUBY RIDGE? OBAMA AND MS ICE CREAM ARE LIBERALS TRYING TO LOOK TOUGH, BUT ONLY ON US CITIZENS.
Good for them! I hope more governors will stand up to the oppressive regime our government is heading toward. I smell revolution in the air.
I think it’s great that someone is finally standing up to the Democrat gun-grabbers. If the Germans had stood up to Hitler in the beginning the whole Second World War would have been avoided, not to mention the Holocaust! Yer darn tootin’ I’m rootin’ for Montana!
Montana has a wonderful democratic governor who is also a scientist by training.
I’m laughing. There are more US Marshals than there are people living in Montana.
That’s great news. Every American should stand up against the liberal Nazis coming for our guns
Montana is also stating that if a firearm is produced in Montana, sold in Montana and will not leave the state, then the production and sale of that firearm does not fall under federal firearms regulations. In short they are trying to pick a fight with the federal government. Montana feels that the federal government has become far too intrusive into state business and I think they are right.
The 10th Amendment basically says that if the Constitution does not grant a power to the federal government then that power does not exist at the federal level and resides with the state. The federal government has been ignoring that for some time and Montana, Texas and Oklahoma are all looking to reinstate state’s sovereignty.
I wish them all the best of luck and hope that other states have the backbone to stand up to the federal expansionism that is occurring.
