For hunting! i know as long as you have your license and over 16 you dont need an adult to accompany you but what is the legal age to transport your firearm to go hunting? 18? 21?

21 for pistol, 18 for rifle.
As in most states 18 for rifle 21 for handgun.

18. Now a person under 18 can hunt with a gun but needs to be with an adult when using it. There are a couple states that do allow younger people with youth hunting licenses to hunt without an adult around.
21 if it’s concealable, like a handgun would be.
18 if it’s a rifle. Ammunition has to be in a separate compartment, etc.
