Which states have gun laws that go against our second amendment rights.
(i’m posting this here, because the people here seem most knowledgeable about how these laws should really be explained)

California, with its 10 day cooling off period.
Fluffy! I am surprised at you!! Its obvious which states have the worst gun laws, they also have the highest crime rates! Interesting coincidence: make it really hard for honest people to buy, own, and carry a gun, and the crime rate skyrockets.

north carolina allows guns but not conceled ones ( idk thats the law)
Without a doubt, California is the worst.
NY, Mass., IL and CA. The comment about all of Northeast is bogus. Vermont doesn’t even require a permit to carry concealed.
NY, CA IL, MA, just to name a few. VT has the best with very little burden on gun ownership and legal usage.

The People’s Republic of Kalifornistan.
They have this perfectly sensible theory that 10 rounds fired from a magazine are not deadly to the person on the receiving end, but the 11th round is lethal.
Additionally, a gun’s "evilness" is exponentially increased when a pistol grip is added to it.
New York and California
